We do not accept any return under any circumstances.
Exchanges Only:
We only offer exchanges; no refund(s) will be processed under any conditions.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Video Proof Required:
- To be eligible for an exchange, you must record a video while opening the package.
- The video should clearly show the condition of the product as soon as you receive it.
- Damaged on Arrival:
- If the product is damaged upon arrival, you can request an exchange.
- The decision to accept the exchange request is at the sole discretion of FrameArtGallery.in after reviewing the provided video evidence.
- Unsatisfied with Product:
- If you are not satisfied with the product, an exchange can be processed.
- Note that in such cases, you will bear the cost of shipping and return shipping for both the originally sent item and the replacement item. Additional charges may apply.
Exchange Request Process
- Request Timeline:
- All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact us via email at support@frameartgallery.in.
- Use the subject line format: “Exchange – [Order Number] – Reason for Exchange”.
- Include the video proof and a detailed explanation of the issue in your email.
- Exchange Timeline:
- Approval: All Exchanges will be processed once the return is received at our below-mentioned address.
- Initiator: The return shipping will be initiated from the buyer’s end, however in such cases where the item is received damaged on arrival (recorded). We will initiate the return from our end and will bear the cost of return.
- Processing time: Replacement orders/exchanges will be processed within 24-48 hours of approval and you will receive a confirmation on the email that was initiated for the exchange.
- Delays: Exchanges once approved will be processed on the next business day in case of Holidays or Weekends. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
- Delivery Time: After processing, orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days in tier-1 cities. It may take 10-12 business days for the delivery to tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
- Shipping Carriers: The courier service used for shipping is not pre-decided and will be chosen based on availability and other circumstances to ensure timely delivery.
- Return/ Exchange Shipping Fee: We may contact you through the email sent for the exchange to collect the return/ exchange shipping fee before shipping the replacement.
